1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, visiting our website at fairviewautodetail.com, or communicating with The Detail Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

The Detail Studio provides mobile automotive detailing services in the Fairview, TN area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Exterior Detail — hand wash, wheel cleaning, tire dressing, and spray sealant
Interior Detail — vacuum, surface wipe-down, glass cleaning, and sanitization
The Studio Detail — full interior and exterior combination service
Maintenance Detail — loyalty-priced full detail for returning customers (eligibility required)
Spray Ceramic Package — Studio Detail plus entry-level spray ceramic coating application

All service descriptions, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our website and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or level of soiling beyond standard expectations.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are booked through our online booking platform at book.fairviewautodetail.com/book. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

You will provide accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking.
You will ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the scheduled time and location.
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
The Detail Studio reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if the vehicle condition significantly exceeds what was described at booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.

Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to be present or have the vehicle available at the scheduled time may result in a no-show fee and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize The Detail Studio to charge the agreed service amount upon completion of the service.

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
The Detail Studio does not store your full card number or CVV. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.

6. Maintenance Detail Eligibility

The Maintenance Detail is a loyalty-priced service available exclusively to returning customers. To qualify, your appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of a completed Studio Detail or a previous Maintenance Detail. Bookings outside this window will be quoted at standard service pricing.

7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

The Detail Studio takes great care with every vehicle. However, by booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, dents, stains, odors) will be noted before service begins. The Detail Studio is not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products appropriate for automotive surfaces. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing paint defects, aftermarket modifications, or improperly applied coatings.
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time or pricing adjustments. You will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
The Detail Studio is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.

8. Spray Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

The Spray Ceramic Package is an entry-level ceramic coating service and is not equivalent to a professional multi-stage ceramic coating installation. Results may vary based on paint condition, paint correction level, and environmental factors. The Detail Studio makes no guarantee of specific durability timelines. This service is not a permanent coating and does not replace professional paint correction or ceramic coating services.

9. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number at booking, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Detail Studio related to your appointment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Detail Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Detail Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
